rhysieg
coldplay would be great, they will be headlining a uk festival next year for sure, most probably v. they could do t aswell?
kookye
If you look at the UK festivals that are big enough to host/pay Colplay you have: Glasto R+L V T in the park Glasto have been ruled out, probably wouldn't suit R+L, so that leaves V and T...given the fact that V is arguable the bigger and they get major coverage on C4/E4 - I'd say it's more than likely they'll be at V in 09. I'd probaly go see them...unless V pull something major out of their arse!

kookye
T Gets major Coverage on the BBC, not so much as Glasto but thier certaily is loads of T footage esspecially on bbc3. looking at last years line ups, I'd say the fest's are of simular size. virginvirgin
coldplay at V....nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooooooooo With a ticket will you get a free loose? I can think of anything less appealing. I include Amy Wino in that statement.
The Fly
It's probably inevitable. They haven't been V since 2003 on the AROBTTH tour, and skipped it on the X&Y tour after playing some of the other festivals.

luckysalt
I can see Razorlight being in the top 2, possibly a headliner Snow Patrol have a new album, could they return too? not looking good if 3 of the top 4 are Coldplay, Razorlight and Snow Patrol
flossy_
in convinced bloc party will be there somewhere, top 2 first stage or 2nd stage headliner. they wont do reading/leeds cos they've played the last 2 years. they could possibly be one of the lat headliners though?
