This week I watched a documentary on YouTube called Into The Fire, about the G20 protests in Toronto last year. It was quite an eye-opener.

TT:3D is a good documentary regardless of whether you like the sport or not.

going to see that next week, seems to be getting great reviews and good publicity for the Isle of man, anyone who's never been to the tt this will be a bit of an eye opener

I think there is a 2D option too.

Tiger - Spy In The Jungle

they've made loads of secret cameras within tree trunks, logs and rocks. Then given them to elephants to carry about through an Indian nature reserve, so for the first time they have LOTS of video of tigers behaving naturally. I really enjoyed the first episode, give it a watch

Watched "Collapse" with Michael Ruppert last night. Very interesting guy, conspiracy nut but makes some very interesting points, particularly about energy consumption. Predicted the recession etc. Interesting. And quite sad.

I did. Although I'd already read what it was about, so I missed out on the revelations. Would've been interesting to have seen it knowing nothing. Can't decide whether its real or not either.

apparently the story is all true, its just that they had to film parts of it that weren't filmed "on the hoof" so to speak. i quite enjoyed it.

I watched the trailer and it is totally mis-leading, it looked as if it was gonna be a horror, which was really cool and clever of them. I reckon it's real.

i think they probably figured out more than they give away in the film, but played what they were thinking down to give the film a better payoff

still a great story either way

Finally got round to watching Catfish last night. I kinda had an idea of where it was going as I'd read an article in a magazine a while back about it but when it all comes together it's still a complete mind f**k. I really enjoyed it though.

Yep, and loved it. No real interest in TT or bikes, but like all good documentaries, that didn't matter. Not convinced it needed 3D, but then I really hate 3D. The 2 friends I went to see it with are now desperately trying to get some time off work so they can get over for this years TT.

Yeah dont really see the point of the 3d but a brilliant film, guy Martin is some character, watching that has built up the excitement of tt fortnight for me, it all starts again this Saturday ... Can't wait!

yeah, theres even a 720p version out there matey, its been out a while. if you do grab it, try and check that the subs are present.

One of the very best sports documentaries Ive ever seen. Really does the man justice, which is a difficult thing to do for such a legend.

What's everyones opinions on Louis Theroux? I always seem to find the subject matter interesting, but his manner/interview technique f**king dire in parts. Think I seen a Guardian article describing him as a 'Bambi on ice' when talking to someone, which I think's a good image. There's just been a two-parter on this Miami 'Mega-jail' still available on iplayer, pretty interesting.
