Carbon Neutral, offsetting, net zero etc are all rubbish meaningless slogans and yes if you include those other hidden things then nobody is ever going to be close anyway - and food is not included in many calculations thus meaning those are totally pointless. In Kenya there is a forested area that has been 'sold' for Carbon Credits. It has already been sold 3 times and so has offset three different companies CO2 already and yet will soon do a 4th - and it existed anyway so them 'buying' it is again utterly meaningless. The only thing that will make Climate Change slow is science, and science will need to make it cheap and easy else governments will find reasons why not. I have been active in the area for far far too long trying to get messages across and have now got to where I really cannot be bothered cos few listening and with tRump around many more will now stop - and the UK government despite all their cosy words seems to care about one thing and one thing anly and will get around their rules to allow things that will make matters worse. 2024 was the higest CO2 release year on record globally. What the f**k is the point?

Based on our carbon emissions “in country” yes. But if we include our “hidden emissions” from all the manufacturers that produce our goods abroad, mainly China, then what?

I think he is absolute bum but if he sells that tour out (which he will, probably on the first day of sale), Central Cee is of course a headliner option. That’s without extra dates which, going by the dates, they’ve left room for. I don’t get it at all but he’s about as zeitgeist an act as you can get.
