Just had a thought, what about Franz Ferdinand to headline the Friday? Just seen their tour dates, not as big venues as I'd expected, so I doubt they'll headline one of the major festivals, but Rockness might be right up there street.

Bloc Party might also be worth a shout. Soulwax and Justice would make good headliners for the Clash Arena.

And for the person asking about the possibility of The Chemical Brothers - their taking a break until 2010 apparently. Just writing their new record, producing MGMT's second record and DJing next year.

Seen both and to me I enjoyed their rockness performance more as I was in the thick of it down the front. I was at the back the second time I saw them and they had their full light show.

Was nothing exciting, suppose if your one of those stay at the back types it maybe would make a difference but the crowd was bouncing like f*ck at Rockness and thats all that matters! I go yo see a band/DJ for the music. Lights are merely a side show

AEG now own a large stake in Rockness so any of their artists are possible.

Blur are on Live Nation's books, so will not be them.
