dupes69
another 10 off the ipod - i like this thread - i'm hoping for some tunes that are a premonition for Glastonbury 2009 - here goes 1 - A Wolf At The Door - Radiohead ( how great would that be!) 2 - Rock And A Hard Place - The Rolling Stones ( no chance) 3 - The Sound Of Crying - Prefab Sprout (would be interesting) 4 - Satellite City - Edwyn Collins ( Ahhh dear edwyn - saw him in 2008 - wonderfully moving) 5 - Spring Song - Mendlessohn (Great composer - now a de-composer. Dig him up!) 6 - The Lonely - British Sea Power ( somehow managed to miss them twice - saw them in manchester, ace) 7 - Way To Blue - Nick Drake (See Mendlessohn, Above ^) 8 - Lately Stomping - Reef ( no thanks) 9 - London Town - Bellowhead (would be a great Glatosnbury Band - Have they played before? ) 10 - A Day in the Life - The Beatles ( see nick drake/mendlessohn above) Not much in the way of a premonition (maybe Radiohead?? Please!!!! - but........... The 11th tune off the Ipod was Lightning Strikes The Postman - THe Flaming Lips. Now wouldn't that be nice?
