i paid for 2 mates earlier, the website was a pain in the ass so ended up phoning instead that was a little confusing as they wanted the registration ref numbers.

I thought they would have wanted the reference numbers that came with the deposit payments, i had to trawl through umpteen emails to find em!

Not done ours yet and my mate can't afford til 31st. Can't bear to cut it that fine so probably have to split the order. Hope it'll be trouble free

I went to pay mine off the other day too and had exactly the same problem!! I tried it on another computer in the end and and managed to get it to work but your probs best phoning up

If you pay the balance over the phone do they send you some kind of confirmation that you've paid in full and the tickets are yours and also do they offer you a car park ticket as part of the process?

I paid the rest of the Balance + my car parking sticker on the 1st of Jan.

I use firefox and it was done in the blink of an eye.

Email was sent before I had opened my outlook.

Made me a very happy bunny!

just paid the balance of my lot off this evening - no probs at all - just needed reg numbers. Took the insurance as well (due to current climate) probably means diddlysquat if see were to go into administration - but fingers crossed that wouldnt happen.
