Tracks That Evoke The Memories

I like music that moves me and provokes emotions - anything from happiness to sadness. Some of my best memories are the 'weepie' moments like Brian Wilson doing 'God Only Knows' to Joan Baez and 'There But for Fortune'.

Happiness has got to include great anthems. The Who's 'See Me, Feel Me' was a classic.

This was their Woodstock performance but Glasto wasn't far short even all the years on.

My moments for bands seen were

Arcade Fire 2007 - Wake Up (Friday evening we had a lovely sunset - the last of the weekend)

Bruce Springsteen 2009 - Born to run what energy that man has)

The Killers 2007 - All these things that I have done ; The crowd continued to sing long after they left stage

Neil young 2009 - Rocking in a free world - . Cool set

John Fogherty 2007 - Bad moon Rising created a party on the 'jazz'

Bootleg Beatles 2010 - Hey Jude - Mass singalong guaranteed

Ive got loads but my main Glastonbury song is the New Radicals You Get What You Give - in either 2003, 2004 or 2005 - cant remember which - it was played in between bands in the evenings at the stage when they were showing ads for Greenpeace and Farenheit 9/11. When I was doing my Glastonbury big shop in 2009 it was on in Asda!
