I don't think they could be anywhere but a headliner. Not necessarily the weekend headliner, but certainly Friday or Saturday.

They have a lot of fans over here in the UK and could easily draw a big enough crowd.

I think people underestimate how popular they were/are because they aren't spoken about so much these days.

Why wouldn't they headline?

That article, with quotes, says that it'd be Faith No More, Limp Bizkit and ZZ Top as the headliners.

Also, if rubbish like My Chemical Romance and Lostprophets can headline, then Faith No More certainly can.

Don't underestimate them!

When Mike Patton was questioned in 2008 by co-hosts of Fuse TV's Talking Metal if a Faith No More reunion was a possibility, Patton responded "I highly doubt it", but also stated in a January 2008 interview with Artisan News that he "wouldn't rule it out", adding "I don't think we would need to reform the band, but maybe there's other things we could do together."

I remember Kerrang had a cover story about blink and fnm reforming which was a complete non article.

Some members of fnm said they wouldn't rule it out backed up by some shity rumour that some academy sized venues had been booked with no real evidence to back it up! w*nk!

I persoanlly think it's unlikely and wishful thinking! Shame really.

Kerrang is a rag. Has been a pointless magazine for years. Used to be quite good, but it's like Smash Hits for rock now. I had a brief look while I was waiting for a mate in Asda the other day at lunch, and there was a piece on All-American Rejects and the writing process for their new album. Must take a lot of soul-searching to come up with such shite music...

If FNM do reform and play download, it will be as sunday headliners. believe me.

FNM are one of the most important and influential bands of the last 25 years, I can personally think of 5 non download going friends of mine that would go just for FNM.

I missed out on seeing them back in their day, and regret that I didnt see them in a small venue, but this would go someway to making up for that.

Knowing what I know of Patton, he wouldnt do it for the money, and I couldnt see them touring it. the band were quite volatile, plenty of bust ups.
