Ticketmaster (again)

Received today.

After paying off my ticket, at an extortionate price, (still investigating if they overcharged me)

I have now received an e-mail from Ticketmaster urging me to pay the remainder of my ticket or risk losing it.

And when do I have to pay by.......DECEMBER 31ST!!!

Any one else get this e-mail?

Hi,

I've checked with Jim and I have confirmed the following.

We have asked the ticket agents to give those customers who paid for a deposit early bird a bit longer to pay their balance. Customers now have up to the end of January 2009 to pay this balance. In respect of customers being charged to 'upgrade' an early bird ticket to get a 3 day ticket, this should not happen. All early birds are valid for the 3 days and you should not have been charged any more money to come for 3 days. If you have been charged then please contact me at chris@loudsound.net and i will speak to the agent for you to rectify the situation or email the ticket agent explaining above and copy me into the correspondence.

nice one chris. i got this email. cant beleive the run around with ticketmaster though. someone needs a word on that one.
