Future Headliners

What bands that are around now who are playing elsewhere on the line-up do you think are potential future headliners. Bands such as blur, ratm, green day, muse etc. all went on to headline after playing smaller slots.

So who do you think from today's current crop of bands will progress and headline the festival/s in the next couple of years?

I think the ting tings, panic at the disco, fall out boy, scouting for girls have all got potential.

I always use to think that one day Hope Of The States would headline a major festival. Could and probably would've been one of those 'I was there when' moments.

Not a chance now though.

Don't know about any future headliners. Think there'll be a demand for older bands to headline, kind of missing out this generation. No one especially jumps out. Although I'm sure in 15 years there'll be people saying exactly this about our bands now in retrospect.

Fall Out Boy are possible, Arcade Fire, Lostprophets, Kaiser Chiefs, Biffy Clyro, Kasabian as well. Also, is it now too late to suggest QOTSA?
