I was on the front barrier for Sir Paul and Hey Jude was just one of those 'Glastonbury' moments. The noise generated was just incredible and when he got the different sections of the crowd to sing it back to him (Think it was men and women) he had everyone in the palm of his hand.

Was probably the most moved I have ever felt after a song...well until he started Yesterday etc etc!!!

What a show he put on that night, very very special

The Karma Police moment sent shivers down my spine but my favourite wasn't a song but a full set, and not a mega name either.

The Saw Doctors a couple of years ago played the avalon tent and from the secong the first chord was played to the very end the crowd just sang to every word. I been to sooo many gigs but never experienced anything that good (though Rolf also in avalon in 98 wasnt far off)

For me it was the Levellers in 94

I now its on the first page, but it was just so great. The weather was fantastic and everybody was having a great great time. I was sat back up on the hill completely wasted and completely happy, everybody as far as the eye could see was singing and dancing.

That's when I knew how powerful the Levellers and Glastonbury could be.

Magical

i'd possibly go with LSF or One day like this both mentioned already

obvious Hey jude is untouchable, i get goose bumps watching it and i wasnt there and not the biggest beatles fan neither but still unbelievable.

I think blur will be serious contender for a close second, practically all their singles are classic sing a long songs
