Dunney77
Hey, as everyone knows rage played UK gigs in 2008, wat do people reckon the amount of time is before they come back? they were amazing at reading...if they do return what festivals do you reckon they will be at

Sparticus
it would be the big spenders over glasto unfortunately. Rage came back for a payday (I don't blame them, would do the exact same thing in their shoes), just wish they'd be legit about it, i understand they're active in politics as individuals but coming back saying it was the time and they had a statement to make, and then decide that they don't want to make a new album, so instead will preach the new message with songs over a decade old Despite the cynicism, bulls on parade is quality live! Brizzle
i just hope they make an appearance at glasto or exit...
Androoo
Saw them at Rock am Ring last year - they were fantastic. I'll bet they'd consider Glastonbury again, of course they're probably touring to make money but they've got a message and Glastonbury's ethos is closer to theirs than the Mean Fiddler's - that might swap it for them. I'm sure they ain't skint. Here's hoping!
deschwah
through a massive stroke of luck saw Rage from the side of the pyramid stage in 94.. up there with the many highlights.. How High? most likely they wont be there this year but it would be in the true spirit of the festival if they did

m_bantam
They also played T-in the park! (not in England but still in UK!) which with that also, was still no where near enough of what they should have!! Its such a shame that like people say they only did it for the cash! I think its also a bummer that they didnt allow any of those shows to be broadcast!! (but thats another story...i.e. coachella!)...luckily I saw them at Leeds and it was without doubt one of my favourite gigs of all time! Hopefully one day soon they'll return with a new album and a slot at glasto...although personally I can't see it happening! Mardy
I saw them at Glastonbury years ago, and it was a bit odd, the irony of 50,000 people all singing in perfect time 'f**k you i won't do what you tell me' is second only to a crowd of levellers fans, all dressed identically singing 'There's only one way of life, and that's your own'. disasterplan44
Saw them at the last of their Big Day Out shows last year and... well I was a fan when I was 16 but that was first time around. Not particularly my thing these days but good to see. The power cut out about 30 seconds into the first song (Testify) which could have been a disaster but seriously, hearing the crowd carry the show like that was unlike anything I'd seen/heard before... aside from Glastonbury, of course. The crowd was pretty horrific but I'd see them again if it was a Glasto crowd.
