a guy mailed us to say he spoke with them last night at their gig.

We can't confirm that the really did and that he's telling us the truth, tho having checked a few other things it appears to add up.

Urgh really? Il be elsewhere then.Saw them at Reading 2007 and they were so dull, but then everyone told me that there really great and just had a bad set that day, so I saw them in 2008, and they were still dull... theyd just added a couple of cool lazers to there show.

Don't really get the fuss to be honest.

oh yeah it's ruined the entire festival, i mean what else will there be to do while bloc party play?

personally i hope they play in one of the tents because they just don't do it on the big open stages for me at all, they just don't seem able to connect with such large crowds and seem less energetic and into it on the big stages.

The new album is a bit gash and they don't play 7.18 at shows anymore... but they'd still be good value for a Pyramid slot or maybe headling the Other Stage when one of the grandads is on.

I've always enjoyed bloc party at their live shows; always thought they were one of the better bands to come out at that period (ie. kaisers, keane, razorshite, franz, kasabian, etc).

They've been confirmed for Rock Am Ring, so they're playing the big festivals. I'm going to see them in 3 weeks in Amsterdam and would love to see them first time at Glastonbury.
