which is the best line to get them on?

one of my mates has literally left it to the last minute to book - used his work email address as contact and doesn't know his ref number - to compound matters he now has a different card to what he booked with so we are trying to ring them.......but just kept on hold for ages

anyone know if they are open at this time of night or what the best numbet to get them on re glasto.

Doesn't need to have balance paid on same card and seem to recall with ticket tracker you can input other info to retrieve your number and it will email it and display it on screen
