There was a fair bit last year Hip-Hop in a broad sense

Jay Z/Lupe Fiasco/Dizzee Rascal/Beardyman

They were the major acts i recognised in the program i'm sure there were more to people in the know

Caught a few random bits on smaller bar based stages around and about the place

my point is its definitely there, just keep an ear out for it

I'm not a massive Hip-Hop fan but Lupe was one of my highlights last year. Would love to see Kanye this year, really hoping that one's true.

Last year I saw Lupe Fiasco, Ozomatli, Dizzee Rascal, Estelle (if she counts) and Jay-Z and I wasn't even looking. There must've been much more.

i wouldnt call beardyman hip hop!

and the hip hop kareoke was the business, seeing that little kid do "99 problems" was such a higlight

i love hip hop it's the music i mainly grew up with in the 80's i'm not too much of a fan of what has become the mainstream representation of hip hop these days but there is plenty of great hip hop acts out there if only you dig around alittle

but would love to see more hip hop acts at glasto as jay z and lupe looked like they were on top form last year and dizzee rascal is one of the best live performers i've had the pleasure of seeing.

i don't really like Kanye West but wouldn't mind seeing him live as i've heard nothing but good things about his live shows.

if Snoop Dogg could get a Visa then i would absolutely love to see him there i would love to finally get to see Roots Manuva live and hope he plays this year

hip hop is a very broad term related to a culture not just a single type of music beardyman is definitely hip hop as he beatboxes which is a cornerstone of hip hop music.
