Its for registering to vote. Some things are impossible in three minutes... Registering to vote isn't one of them, apparently. It's on facebook as well. Personally I prefer it to the "I'm a P.C and I like to f**k sheep" one.

You can get Crazy Frog round here. Also I saw Taboo in Somerfield's (think that's where it was!) - sure I've seen Mad Dog too.
