Apparently, according to a post on the Download Festival thread of the Bloodstock forums, Sabbat have self-confirmed for June 14th.

I can't get on this site right now as I'm at work, but part of me is in total disbelief right now. A complete 'no way!' moment for me! Only downside is that's they're bound to clash with someone on the Main Stage.

Still, this is an immense addition if true - never saw it coming! The best thrash band ever to come out of the UK - yes, even better than Lawnmower Deth, Evile et al. Anyone who hasn't got 'Dreamweaver (Reflections of our Yesterdays)' needs to get themselves a copy. Its up there with the finest moments in thrash history.

I hope they put these guys on at a reasonable enough time, that's for sure.

Saw these guys at Bloodstock 07 (finally missed them first time round) they f**king rocked really looking forward to Download now f**king awesome bill.

Red Bull Bedroom Jam are looking for an unknown band to play in a very special set at this year’s Download festival on the main stage in between Pendulum and Marilyn Manson!!!!

They're looking for a young band to play a set from their bedroom which will be broadcast live onto the big screens on the main stage to thousands of festival goers.

Last announcement is Monday night

Mod on forum FAQ says

''Next announcment and I believe the last -- locked loaded and delivered !! giving us a 120 bands in total - will be on MONDAY/TUESDAY NIGHT - at Midnite. The whole of the 4th stage complete- some shuffles on other stages - some day and stage movement for some ( no not the headliners - this is all 3rd/4th stage stuff ) - 2nd stage complete.
