I remember reading glastonbury was sold out (its even on the offical website) but i still see tickets availble on seetickets.com and registrations still open

I only ask because my mates decided he wants to buy a ticket now lol

Have you tried entering a reg number it may not let you get any further. Also registration is as has been stated still open so people can register for the sale of cancellations on april 5th

you can enter a valid registration number, but when you get the part where you enter the ticket type it says sold out....

The original batch of tickets has sold out. All is not lost however as they plan to have another sales day on (i think) 5th April or somewhere round then.

The extra sale day I think is just to disposeof the returned tickets that people can no longer use due to changes in circumstances. I can't see there being many returns though so expect a jammed internet and switchboard on the new sale day.

In order to get those tickets though people will still need to be registered with photo's etc. so your friends can at least get that done and hope for the best.

It isn't "sold out" at all, no.

The pre-sale tickets aren't even all "sold out" as many (I know even amongst my friends) were effectively returned when people didn't buy them before 1st February.

There will be another sale with a sizable number of tickets and if your friend is keen he should be able to get one no problem.

I think sizable amount of tickets is pushing it abit. Under 10,000 i should think have been returned.

If the main headliners have been announced by the april sale, then that amount of tickets will not last very long.

Beat me to it on that. It has been stated that april 5th will be just cancellations so it will be tough getting a ticket then. Really can't see there being a huge number
