lenny kravitz. sunday evening pyramid stage?

lenny kravitz has just announced uk tour dates at the end of june. with a gap on the sunday 28th june. could this be for glasto?

i think he would be perfect for sunday late afternoon legends slot. and i would love to see him again.

playing wolverhampton on the saturday and southampton the tuesday after, so it could be possible!

any opinions????

i remember mates talking about seeing him at V last year and when questioned everyone struggled to come up with 4 songs they knew of his they seemed to get stuck around the two mark and it made them rethink their view on him and weather or not to see him.

I've gotta say it looks like he'll be playing, but I'm surprised.

I've heard in the past that out of all the acts Glasto has ever had, none has ever been more troublesome than Kravitz, out-diva-ing the very biggest divas.

In fact, the guy who told me about it said categorically "He'll never play here again".

But it does look like he's playing .... tho I guess he could be on the Springsteen bill at Hyde park.

When he played in 1999, we ended up at the Pyramid (perhaps waiting for someone good to come on) and we got a chant of 'Peugeot 206' chant going when the Jravitz was on, as that very shite song was advertising that particular brand of automobile at the time.
