Yeah this certainly grabbed my attention, I have about 10 peeps hooked into going already ;)

What are the chances of suggestions being noticed at this stage by the organisers?

I'd Love to see:

Metronomy

of Montreal - they put on and AMAZING live show

and maybe a little weirder still : Animal Collective, I think their new stuff is pretty dancy and probably suited to this festival

I have to say. I know some Flaming Lips tunes and I tried to listen to them again after the announcement but i find them really boring?? I kinda like to jump about at a festival so dont think i'll be going to see them :rolleyes:

a big fan of the music on cd but ive seen them 5 times now and each time i hope for a decent performance and each time i get dissapointed. even though there have been years between the 1st and last time i seen them, everything remains the same from the tacky theatricals to the meaningless political statements between songs.honestly the crap he spouts is always the same, almost word for word, nothing changes. i suppose if you are seeing them for the 1st time you might like them, but i'll stick to the cd's rather than go through it all again live.
