I can't afford to buy download tickets at the mo, does anyone think there's a chance of cheaper tickets nearer the time, as it's not sold out? i mean from genuine ticket websites, not touts.

No chance of them being cheaper. The implications of that would be shocking not to mention the damage it would cause to the festivals credibility. Also I've never known it happen with any event, even festivals which have only sold 30% of the capacity.

You might get a cheap ticket from ebay. Someone who needs to sell their ticket and if the festival hasn't sold out, they'll have to sell at below face value. thats your best bet.

Last year Connect started selling their tickets buy one get one free a month or so before the festie! It was the only reason I was there!

It's a great idea and maybe it should work like booking flights. The earlier you book the cheaper it is. Incentive!!
