QOTSA? Dull as hell. I've seen them live twice and have never been so bored at a gig, apart from Coldplay, and that gives you the measure of how bad I think they are. Also they were uncomfortably loud. While they have some variation between songs, basically each song is a 3-4 minute riff that has no variation. I think I'll start calling them QuoTSA.

Okay, have a pop at British Sea Power...

Keane on the other hand have never forgotten their privilaged upbringing. Those boys remain true to their past of choir boy soggy biscuit orgies and public school buggery. They know their roots and aren 't going to turn their back on them, and for that i commend them.

Buzzcocks? Past their best over 30 years ago, and they've only got a couple of songs which all sound the same. Still, they're infinitely preferable to Keane and their ridiculous demands to have every stage they play on extended by 30-40 ft just to accomodate the lead singers f**k-off huge, round head.

Anyhoo, I'm hoping Aphex Twin plays this year. He's definitely due a set at the Glade.
