Even though i check the line up rumours every day i think we should start a new topic for the Good memories of V 2008 Soo name the Song + Band which reminds you the most of those two days ! Mine would have to be *Stereophonics - Bartender and the Thief*, what a moment

mercury
katie perry-i kissed a girl reminds me a lot of v last year actually, even though she didnt play, everyone in the campsites seemed to be singing it. but as for actual performance wise, i guess it would have to be some of the big verve hits. jamesbduk
"Adam. Do you read me? Over. I am going down the shops for 10 fags, do you want a drink or some crisps?" Such a shame the GLC were on early. We made it, but so many mates missed em...

Sam.
The sun being out throughout The Futureheads and the Lostprophets sets made them two bands my highlights (Staffs). Other than that, my highlights came away from the actual stages, in form of banter and stuff.

kookye
I know what you mean - the weather killed it for me last year. I know you should crack on but it was real struggle
the_hedge
wasn't so much the weather but the new layout (chelms) wasn't very user-friendly, the high level of dickheads, the fact that I had my g/f in tow...maybe I'm just miserable

Sam.
Good job you werent at the mudbath that was Staffs, It would have deppressed you even more.
the_hedge
Have to disagree with that. I think all things considered that V in Staffs was fairly well maintained, it wasn't boggy, I think they did a damn fine job keeping the ground so good.
