'Would you accept...' ie the punter, who has very little, if any say in who we see at a festival, especially one like T. You take what you are given, simple. Snoop Dog played a couple years back and got a decent crowd, don't see why Jay-Z wouldn't although if he headlined there would be the 'hip hops not for T' crowd banging on.
