Alrighty. Thought you might as The Decemberists were one of the first Strong Rumours on here, and Sonic Youth said they wanted to play in the NME a while ago.

Last I heard they were still talking stages, but I'll be surprised if they do end up on the Other Stage, they're hardly fodder for the nme-reader crowd that stage mostly attracts.

There's some missing off that list (not saying who), but the list is never final .... for example, despite Van's falling out with Michael (which I know the details of, but have promised not to repeat), Van got to play again a few years ago, with ME and Van having sorted out the issue somehow.
