Petewasbristol
Mike, in tommorows Q magazine they have an interview with Eavis who states' there are only a few thousand tickets that will go on sale in April' It also has a bit about Eavis writting to Bruce Springsteen and that Emily made him frame the letter he sent on the wall. It also says that the White Stripes and crosby, Stills and Nash are rumours to play.
newguy(paranoid)
with regards to the 'credit crunch', I can't see it being a huge factor. The glastonbury audience is pretty darn commited, and it generally attracts crowd with more disposable income, I would suggest, especially as the festival has been able to raise prices again without a fear of not selling out. If anything I would say on-site sales might be down, with people cutting back on 'non-essentials', but come one, glasto is clearly an 'essential'! sifi
With Bruce playing, you are going to get Bruce fans just buying up the allocation for him and him alone. It kind of makes you wonder if that was the thinking behind the early release in the first place? Or am I being a typical human and seeing things that just aren't there? mike99
if you were to post the info on here it'll get deleted. I don't need to nor want to know about locals tickets. That's information only for locals, and there's well-established local channels via which they get that information.
sifi
The amount of conspiracy theories etc on these boards makes the Daily Star seem like an encylopedia of truth and knowledge.

sifi
enough with the digs at Springsteen fans.... especially from you. There's one artist who elicists more obsessive behaviour from his fans than anyone else.. he's in a league of his own. Do you need any clues?
