oh i can assure you, it is quite the opposite. and this is coming from a 20 year old uni student here. she is bloody massive with this crowd -
Tyler is a main headliner now. He isn’t playing below anyone. Don’t think we’re getting Foos. Kaiser Chiefs can get in the bin. I could see The Vaccines in that slot, however. You could not be more wrong about Chappell Roan. 17-20 year old will be losing their heads at her playing.

Sure, but that's going to be factored against many other things - such as her own plans, goals, and schedule for the year. If she's coming off an extensive 2 year world tour, it might be a case of "no more live shows for a bit". Or Glastonbury might just not fit with whatever her intentions are musically, or she might have a show in mind that can't be translated to a festival stage (as the Eras tour was). Remember that this is not someone who half-arses things. If she plays, then she's coming with a set that's fully thought through designed to blow people away so even doing it as a one-off would become weeks worth of planning and rehearsals. I'm very confident that Taylor Swift will headline Glastonbury one day, and I'd suspect she already has a vague idea as to when that's likely to be. Unfortunately though I don't expect it in the near future, certainly not 2025 and even 2027/8 probably feel too soon.

Pretty certain our big 3 is.. Kasabian | Post Malone | Foo Fighters Very 2017 feel to that one. Get Tyler the Creator in there and I'd buy that ticket all day every day. I can't see past Hozier being on Radio 1, there is no way he'd be a bigger draw than Jorga Smith is, and she got R1. Kaiser Cheifs in that Wombats spot on R1 too? I get what everyone says about Chappel Roan, and in 10 years when she is the size of Taylor Swift, the next generation may look at her headlining and think that was an insane booking, and be eager to book their first time ... but I can't see it, she doesn't have a full headline performance that British 17-20 year olds will be screaming along to. Maybe a top album though, I mean, we got Megan the Stallion based on bloody WAP.

I was thinking more in the line of exposure it would bring. Also the level of trophies Jose is still doing well at, is perhaps what Newcastle should be aiming at. Won the Conference and a final in the Europa with Roma, also winning the Europa at United. Winning the Carabao with utd, getting to the final with spurs(sacked few days before).
