Quart used to be a very good Norwegian festival with solid headliners. Went bankrupt, back on their feet again with new owners, a lot of cash and a "big headliners, and very few smaller bands concept".

So what is the latest status from the Pink Floyd camp?

why, in the name of all things vaguely holy, would they be rumoured to be playing norway, and only norway

Wasnt blackmail at all. He just pointed out how much they would add and how much good he thought they could do. He also made the point that they never got the chance to say goodbye really.

And he got Roger to phone Gilmour and ask him. Which is like asking Hitler to call up Albert Einstein and ask him to bring the guitar round for a sing song and a spliff.

thats veryyy interesting to know, thanks tugger. i can sort of understand, still think dave should've told him to f**k off again though, but of course, seeing the footage, i'm thankful to bob wish you were here is an amazing moment.

seen roger waters at the echo arena, was pretty amazing, dont like all these sudden reformations though, especially happy percy plant turned down a zep reunion.

tis a shame about floyd like, but thats some interesting stuff about live 8
