Was anyone at the Metallica gig at the MEN arena last night? I'm still buzzing now, I got a handslap from rob the bassist!! phoar!!

i think that's sealed the deal - i was umming & aaring as to getting a ticket for sonisphere, but now, I can't wait to see them again!

i would have but i'd just got back from other side of the world so decided to try nd see them on one of the other dates they're over here. Seeing them at rock werchter as well, glad to hear they're on form, shit hot when i saw them at wembley and leeds, one of the best live acts on the planet.

I think it was the massive screens and how loud it was at Leeds that made it so special plus the fact that they blew everyone else that played that weekend away.

People were saying that you could hear it loud and clear from the NME tent at Leeds.

Incredible performance. Not sure its worth going to other gigs now.
