Can i just say, i have no idea why people think the killers are so bad live? Maybe it is due to some of the sound problems at Glastonbury 2007??? But i went to see the last night at the NEC and they were fantastic!!! Possibly the best gig ive been to in about 5 years (except glasto)! And Brandon Flowers is a brilliant frontman, and a legend in the making!!!!!!!!

Just leaving to drive to Cardiff to see The Killers tonight. It's a family night out with my wife and two daughters in tow.

Got to find a pub to watch the rugby first. Not too sure how that will go down, me supporting England in a Cardiff pub!

Me and my friends really enjoyed them in 2007. We were right in the middle - didnt notice any sound troubles and thought they put on a cracking show. Also, Brandon wore a gold lamé suit and I think that any man who can carry of such attire is very worthy.

LOL!!! He did look a tad silly in it! However, last night he was flucking brilliant, one of the best proformances from a frontman for some time!! Well, at least what i have seen (except Matt Bellamy!).

I believe that of them. There does seem to exist a huge anti-killers sentiment in the world but I think their songs are catchy and while I love listening to the albums (Hot Fuss by miles - but after Glastonbury Sam's Town woke up for me a bit) his voice live is exceptional. I'm very jealous of you!

Im pissed off they arent playing because right up till this year i just never got them, i didnt even bother going to see them when they appeared in 2007 but i think Day & Age is an absolutely briliant Pop album and the music from it must be great live, so of course after buying that album ive had a closer look at them and yes indeed they are as good as a lot of folks make out.

glad to hear it!

i'm seeing them in manchester next week, so excited!

i saw them at glasto in 07 and thought they were amazing, didn't notice anything wrong with the sound, and have wanted to see them again since. i was dead centre around the middle between the sound block think and the stage so maybe my positioning had something to do with the sound being ok?

We were standing, I was surprised at how little seating there is at the Cardiff International Arena.

Great day (except for England losing at rugby), even better night. What a way to finish the main set - Mr Brightside and All These Things That I Have Done. Jumped around like a teenager and regretting it this morning!

i saw them in 2004 in a samll venue and it was just hot huss

it was great high energy show

everything since has been downhill

with songs as bad as bones and are we human i cant believe how many people go to their shows

probably mostly all hot fuss fans
