The Mighty Paul Croughton

Forgive me if this is a silly question, but who is Paul Croughton? On the Sunday Times Online festival roundup today here, it says the following:

"Names beginning to emerge for Glastonbury (Pilton, June 24-28) include Bruce Springsteen, Doves, Lily Allen, Franz Ferdinand and the mighty Paul Croughton Rolf Harris."

I'm assuming there should be a comma before Rolf, but who is this Croughton chap - searching on Google didn't throw up anything obvious..

He is a journalist by the sounds of it, so probably wrote the article, and somehow his name ended up in the mids of the the text instead of the end of it.
