They better be playing and get announced in the future, they were wicked last year and they're playing The Big Chill 2 weeks before V and its only a DJ set so its not an exclusive live performance come on V get them on the bill! luckysalt Posted March 3, 2009 Report Share Posted March 3, 2009 Right it's one thing to hate them on the radio which I do Its another thing to not own or listen to any of their music in your own time which again I don't own or listen to their music BUT did you see them at V last year? Basically I used to get a lift off a guy to work who was into pop n such and used to play Alphabeat and the one song kinda got stuck in my head, anyway when I went to TITP last year, they were playing the Friday night theres not that much on, and I went in the tent to see them, it was awesome the crowd were f**king mental and Alphabeat put on a bllinding show and when they were playing V there wasn't too much else on so I went to see them again and they were fantastic, seriously if you saying oh they're pop bolloocks whatever just give them a chance, they put on a great show and they get the crowd pumped, If you have an open mind and like all kinds of music why not? Im pretty shocked by the replies in this thread, anyone would think im on the reading forum? its V the pop fest you know, just go with the flow, try different things, you may just enjoy it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
