Marathon_Man
I'm still hoping it'll be Basement Jaxx headlining the Other Stage on Sunday (providing Blur get moved to the Friday!)

emmaroid
Having watched their DVD last night I'm convinced Soulwax could do it. In fact they could do Radio Soulwax with the band, a Justice interlude, then a 2 many DJs set. Oh and Justice haven't played before, and they would be incredible. Wm.!
Justice's music is great but live........it's just two blokes with a CD player and a Christmas decoration Edited March 7, 2009 by Wm.!
mudmonkey
Fingers crossed for Underworld, they're fantastic live. Justice would be good too, think they'd probably only make one of the dance village stages though, or maybe John Peel.

kpins
Defo need a big dance act on the Sunday. If none of the traditional lot can do what about someone like LCD Soundsystem? Still holding out for Daft Punk though, based on........no evidence at all.
kpins
Or even Royksopp. Just listened to their new song on their website and it rocks.

Kaye
Fatboy Slim was excellent in 2005, they released giant inflatable acid faces into the crowd, I managed to catch one aswell!
Filthy
Having watched the same DVD earlier today I think this is an awesome shout! Would be happy for any of them to play any stage at Glasto!! Going to see 2many DJs next friday - cant wait!
BobbyG
Is there such a thing as a big dance act?
Filthy
I know they have a lot of fans on here but I'd be very very disappointed with Faithless. I don't think they're big enough to headline the Other stage either.

Tugger2k
Fair play if they're not your bag, but they are DEFINITELY big enough, by some margin. Their set before Coldplay in 2002(?) is widely regarded as one of Glasto's greatest moments, and while they'll probably never again quite get the level of hype that they had in the '90's. they're still a huge band generally. Filthy
Fair enough, it might be a complete underestimate of their longstanding support on my part but they haven't done anything of real note since about 2001 and they've never struck me as having the same gravitas as say, The Chems, Underworld, Orbital or even Basement Jaxx. I've not seen their glasto performances but then I've never really liked any of their singles and I think Maxi spaz is one of the most annoying people in music so I would be miffed if they were there instead of the previously likely Orbital. I agree on FF by the way, saw them supporting the Cure last week and they were absolutely dreadful.

Filthy
Not as a man, just his sleep inducing "raps". I'd probably find faithless half listenable if it wasn't for him
