Thou - Umbilical
Probably the heaviest album i've listened to in a while. Very intense but surprisingly catchy and enjoyable listen - blows you away a bit. For people who like veeery heavy metal.
Kim Deal - Nobody Loves You More
Nice pleasing listen, very airy and interesting. It's a good evolution for Kim Deal's sound from The Pixies and Breeders. Interesting to hear a less guitary sound and more orchestration
Tbf its two acts announced are Rod Stewart and Neil Young.
I'd argue Glastonbury is just very good at moving with the times and covering various definitions of what's relevant. And naturally as time passes, more of that will feel relevant to young people than before.
Unless you mean something about the festival itself, in which case fair enough
