they strike me as the kind of act who will play twice, perhaps headlining a stage and then playing lower down the bill on another day. That's what MGMT and Vampire Weekend did last year, and I guess they were the two "buzz" acts of the year. Not that I think Fleet Foxes are all hype -- they should be great, and they have more good tunes than people realise (it's not just that album).

So hope they don't headline a stage, I know that already there's going to be some kind of horrible clash as quite a few of the bands I want to see are headlining a stage already, they do seem perfect for the park stage but I really want them to play the other stage, hopefully in the slot that Elbow played last year, they could be perfect.

Well they are playing Friday, they can't headline Pyramid, Other or JP. I suspect it might be Spearhead headlining JW. I suppose they could headline Park Stage/Acoustic/Avalon but I suspect they would be on a bigger stage considering their popularity. I'd say early afternoon on the Other Stage.

I'm impressed with the ballsy-ness of both band and GF in putting them on the Pyramid.

I've seen them play and thought they were sublime live, but they've got a following that wouldve prolly rivalled the Ting Tings last year. Fingers crossed like MGMT they'll be playing twice on the weekend as I really think theyre more suited to a smaller more intimate venue.

But hearing Blue Ridge Mountains and Mykonos on that Pyramid before the Shakemeister?!?!

cant see them playing twice, unless they play twice on the friday, as their supporting shakey at Hyde Park on the saturday

agreed about the pyramid spot, really expected a high slot on the park, didnt think either they or GF would fancy them on the big one

Have you seen them play yet mate? f**k theyre talented... their drummer Joshua Tillman for example has six albums of his own already. The man was born in 1981. That shit'd depress a saint. The boy reminds me of Dennis Wilson for chrissakes.

i cant stop listening to their album and EP, a must see at glastonbury. Would love to see them on a small intimate stage. brilliant band
