punkincowcat
In 2002 my dad took me and my younger brothers to Glastonbury. I was fourteen and they were ten. I've been hooked ever since, it opened up mind and I really think that it played a big part in who I am today. Can't say my brothers felt the same way.. My parents took me back in 2003 but we were not able to get tickets again for another five years and finally managed to get back again last year. I have got my ticket for this year and I can't wait!! but my parents are unable to go so it will not be the same without them!! I hope everyone has a great time

grumpyhack
I tell so many people who've never been that Glasto will be a life changing experience - probably in ways that they don't expect. It is a great time to reflect on so much. I'm glad that it was an important moment for you. It's also not just when you go for the first time. Every visit, even for the old hands, will prompt some new thoughts. That's what it's all about. I hope it will continue to add to your life.
