who are the least devisive band

in these threads, especially this year there seems to be great animosity towards some acts. personally i dont see the point of ripping an artist or their fans apart (unless there is completely no talent there). acts that seem to be victims from time to time are Springsteen, Young, The Beatles, Jay Z, U2, Radiohead even to mention but a few. The divison is greater because to a lot of people these acts mean a great deal personally which is a red rag to a bull to people who either dont care, like the sound of their own voice/type or just like to fan flames.

so i thought lets find out the most popular act on the board. I nominate a few to begin with if you feel the need to voice your dissapproval then that band are out, the winners are the band that last longest without a negative comment.....or something, so the ultimate most popular band on here would be...

Bob Marley. Surely nobody would be angered at him playing, if he was resurrected of course. I think Damian and Stephen Marley did a 30th anniversary of Exodus on the Sunday of 2007 and that went down pretty well.

I certainly wouldn't be angered at him playing (should it not be an impossibility and all that anyway) cos I firmly believe in each to their own but if he was playing I would not be bothered one jot. I'd be watching someone else somewhere else at Glasto. I have no idea why but it just doesn't do it for me.
