Seem to recall the first chat about Fender was that he was replacing Fred again.. on the Friday.   I don't actually think there's been anything else? When news broke on The 1975 being in instead, he nominally should have fallen out of the conversation - but the sheer size, the existing dates, the clamour and the lack of any obvious supporting proof behind other Sunday night contenders and rumours - be it Stevie Wonder, Eminem, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, whoever - means he seems to have just remained at the top of the bubble.
