Lamb tagine on way from other to pyramid via Leftfield. On left hand side just before one of the pinch points. Best meal I had at glasto - straight after stones though so was on a high anyway.

I had one of those on the Wednesday last year, the guy even made up a rap for us as he was serving it up. Entertainment and a meal!

Is there any moroccan stalls around that anyones spotted? bit of Lamb tagine would go down nicely

There was a place on the path from west holts towards other last year that did tagine, can't remember the name but it did a few different stew type things.

Also down there was a pretty good pizza place and a good burger place. I think...

After the headliners is the best time to get food, I'm glad somebody else realises this.

I would say the average toastie if you go out would probably be around £4, so you're paying a little bit more for some that are really, really delicious. The Stilton, bacon & pear I had last year was about £5.50.

Disgraceful. I bet they make an absolute fortune.

It's pretty much opposite Bread & Roses I think someone said.

Its really not your night is it? There's a few of the 'street food' joints from the Trinty Centre in Leeds doing Glasto. Who'd have thought that northerners can afford to pay for quality nosh eh?...

Forget the price and enjoy the experience...

Leeds clearly gone mad. Place went to pot once they opened up Harvey Nicks.

But at least its not Wakefield

As a fully paid up member of the 'northern chip on the shoulder brigade', even I found this comment a little over defensive.

Irrespective of the region, the street food phenomena is an overpriced scam of the highest order. Restaurant prices without having to go to the trouble of providing the facilities you'd associate with a meal of that price.
