free locker?

just been on the lockerhouse website and ordered a locker and accidently clicked pay now (success) not the pay now button. i havent put any credit card details in but i got a email saying your card has been debit £11 and print of this voucher to claim you locker does this mean i got a free locker

and if anyone else got this please tell me as im not sure whether to get another locker through ticketmaster incase i didnt get a locker

I'd wait and see if I were you. I doubt you got it for free, your card number is probably registered to your user name and that's what's been debited but even if there has been a mistake, there will be lockers available on the day I think. Numbers will be limited but you don't HAVE to get tickets in advance.
