For everyone that thinks Glasto should be 'younger'

Some of these posts are so blinkered it is unreal.

You can spout on about Glastonbury being more about the overall experience/atmosphere/diverse choice of things to do all you want, but there are still a significant number of people who go to spend a hefty portion of their time at the Pyramid stage.

Isn't that the reason why the festival took so long to sell out last time? Because of Jay-Z? (that's what the general consensus seemed to be)

I would speculate that the single largest percentage of attendees at Glastonbury will be indie/rock fans, regardless of whether they have a diverse taste in music or not. And the largest percentage will be in their teens or their 20s.

Whether they like some of the songs of the headliners isn't the issue, but they would be more excited about a band like KOL or Arctic Monkeys than they are about Bruce.

Personally I am happy with the headliners but I don't see why you have to shoot down someone who makes the perfectly reasonable suggestion that a band who are currently popular and at the top of their game wouldn't go amiss on the list.

Also the people who are complaining about the line up not appealing to the younger crowd, wait until you've seen the line up to make that comment! There will be something for everyone at pretty much any time of day, believe me.
