a bit concerned

i ordered quite a few of my friends tickets tonight through several different orders as some of them couldn't get online. i've phoned to check confirmation even though i had the confirmation page after entering the details on each seperate order, but some of the orders are not on the system??

ive checked the tracker thing to see if a reference number exists for those that couldnt be confirmed on the phone and it didn't come up with anything.

can anyone think why this might be, especially since i did receive a confirmation page? could it be that the system is slow in updating or have some of them genuinely not got tickets after i told them it seemed to have worked?
