can i take my camper if i only managed to get 2 day tickets?

after 3 hours of trying i have given up trying to find any weekend tickets out there and gone for 2 day tickets, now i need somewhere to sleep! If i buy a campervan ticket can i stay in my van?? for the fri and sat??

If you're that determined why not find somewhere a few miles away to park the campervan, and get public transport from there to the festival?

I stayed here http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/reviews.asp?revid=1341 when I went to Reading a few years ago. We had only gone for the day though.

Admittedly if was a bit of a trek. You can get a bus from the site to Reading and a taxi back (not sure what time the bus stops running). We got chatting in the taxi queue to a couple and shared the taxi cost with them.

Up until last year, you were fine as you didn't have to show your festival ticket until the wristband exchange. Last year you had to show your tickets at the campervan entrance.

However, we were not asked for a campervan pass and drove through with a Leeds campervan pass and no one noticed.

Best bet is to sell the day passes (when it sells out) and wait for resale tickets. These should be availiable over the next few days as peoples CCs are rejected.

If it becomes too much of a mission, i may sell the tickets bite the bullet and get some overpriced ones off ebay.....
