Has anybody still not got email confirmation?

I ordered my tickets at roughly 7:30 last night and still haven't got email confirmation!!!!

I used their reference number thingy to try and see if it had gone through but it just said it would send me an email. Which inevitable I never got, stupid thing. I'll probably call them up in a bit. Thanks for the reassurance.

Ordered mine about 8:15 and have not recieved email. Not too worried yet as i know theres thousands of people ordering. Il ring up sometime tonight

i just ordered mine and got my confirmation straight away. id wait a couple of hours and then give em a call if u still havent had it.

I think there is just a massive backlog, I ordered mine through the FTP

backdoor link that was posted, did a search on order tracker and it was picked up on that, so

thats a good enough for me. The seetickets website is still busy?? why does this always happen, there should be a bigger share of tickets through different agencies

If you ordered with see then the phonelines are clear. I rang up about 20minutes ago and got through within a minute. Mine came up on the tracker too, so if it's on there then chances are you're good!

Have just realised something very interesting. When going onto seetickets and i went to " retrieve refernece number". you type in your last 4 credit card digits and your postcode. when confirming this, they send you an email saying what you have bought with your reference number, so surely that is a confirmation email. i can now fully celebrate

I reckon as long as you have reference number in that retrival thing your fine. Last year I don't think I ever got one but my tickets still came
