AAAAArrrrrgggggggghhhhhhh, it all started to add up and look promising, then the big weekend news, bad times. However, if i was in a successful band which had been around for bout ten years, i wouldnt really class one big weekend as a 'major' festival. Keep the faith people!!!!

If they do play I don't think they would be put up against Blur, seeing as out of all the headliners their crowds would overlap the most. Though, who knows, maybe I'm just being ageist.

In other news, how about their album title? I can't say it without laughing. Especially considering Tom is a bit "special" himself, but that's why I love him. The largest mall in America is near my old hometown, and when my little sister went to see them live a few years ago Tom was really excited about getting to go to such a large toy store. Apparently the only thing that keeps him grounded on tour is stops at toy stores. I love his simplicity.

Just got a hold of "Fire" this morning...I really like it, but out of the three that are floating around so far I'm most into "Underdog."

There's a file out there with 5 tracks from the album on it (the link's on the Kasabian forums). Loving Underdog & Thick as Thieves, cant say that Vlad's doing much for me though.

I think it's pretty much nailed on that Kasabian will be at the festival. The Glastonbury weekend is the only gap in their touring schedule longer than 2 days. To illustrate:

May 31 Leicester

Jun 2 Wolverhampton

Jun 3 Wolverhampton

Jun 4 Manchester

Jun 6 Manchester

Jun 7 Manchester

Jun 9 Newcastle

Jun 10 Sunderland

Jun 12 Cardiff

Jun 13 Swindon

Jun 14 Bridlington

Jun 16 Dundee

Jun 17 Edinburgh

Jun 18 Glasgow

Jun 21 Cork

Jun 22 Belfast

Jun 24 Nottingham

Jun 25 Liverpool

[Jun 26th GLASTO!!!]

[Jun 27th GLASTO!!!]

[Jun 28th GLASTO!!!]

Jun 29 Sheffield

Jun 30 Manchester

Jul 2 Southampton

As unlisted, secret, special performers type of a thing? At the time of an Album release?...........I wouldnt of thought so..........

Kasabians egos are too inflated not to be listed and they would look at headlining the Park as an insult IMO (Arrogant gits  ). Am I not right in thinking that a few years ago they said they should be headlining the pyramid??.............
