Lack of big bands on the Sunday?

i don't particularly like kaiser chiefs.

having said that the crowd will have a few beers and enjoy themselves....if they don't clash with anyone decent i will watch them and get involved! they are a decent festival band.

I think Lithium is a realist, so when he tries to link bands he likes to possibly playing Reading, he has to go for 'Reading' bands. Or something along those lines.

Shame, I was holding out for The Mars Volta on sunday.

Mars Volta will be kicking off my T in the Park....its them or James Morrisson on main stage. Not much of a contest.

As for Sunday bands...

Kings of Leon Im seeing again at T and have seen before so a good headliner in other stages could tempt me away. A good headliner though in fairness.

Kasier Chiefs get on my nerves a bit. Never bothered seeing them live at a festival before.

Placebo. Good band and awesome live but again could be tempted away if other tent has something better

Fall Out Boy. Never into them.

Deftones. Just getting into them so might give them a whirl

Funeral for a Friend. Liked first album in btis but never bothered with them since

I hope Sunday is the day Glasvegas, White Lies, Friendly Fires, Maccabees and Florence are on in the other stage as at festivals I tend to get stuck with one major day of clashes and a day of "best of bad bunch"

I remember in 2006 people kept "suggesting" that there'd be a band slotted in above MCR which there wasn't.

4th is a bit too high for Vampire Weekend but surely if there was an band playing higher above them they'd have announced it, or at least had them down as special guests?

The Offspring, Weezer, Lostprophets, Bowling For Soup, Sum 41, NOFX, Rancid, Streetlight Manifesto, Reel Big Fish, Bloodhound Gang etc. would be great additions, and if you disagree your a miserable c*nt

Music kicks off at 12:30 each day so if there are only 5 bands on the main stage on Sunday... Radiohead will be on by 4pm!! This obviously wont be the case....

Last act traditionally comes on at around 9pm so i expect there will be more bands announced for Sunday.. so dont panic as traditionally there are at least 8 or 9 bands lined up daliy for the main stage.
