The Streets? Maybe the reason they haven't been anounced is because of V. To add to what has already been said, Jamie T is NOT big enough to headline nor has it been anounced he is the stage headliner, only LP and Glasvegas/Gossip have been. I dont know though, its all been a bit random this year.

Using Linkin Park as an example (happen to be my favourite band so I know a site listing their old tour dates), when they were doing all the festivals 2 years ago, there were quite a few occasions where they'd do a few dates in a row in different countries. For festivals they don't have to worry about a lot of equipment, and probably have two sets anyway that they alternate between, and it's not exactly a long journey from France to England, so surely the fact that they're at that festival strengthens the rumour instead of weakening it? I'd be really happy if they do play, The Offspring was my first ever gig, back in 2005 at Brixton, and I thought they put on a really amazing show!

I have never heard of a band playing another show than Reading and Leeds in another country over that weekend, I just dont see it happening. For one I cant see The Offspring headlining above Jamie T and Florance and The Machine. I think it's just wishful thinking on many people's parts and I dont blame you for dreaming.
