Just look at that crowd, listen to those tunes, mimic that sax and then tell me he wouldn't do top spot on the Pyramid justice.
Of all three acts heavily touted, he's the one I'm most confident in knocking out the crowd, and that's saying something given Olivia Rodrigo has the big singles and The 1975 have an immaculate live show.
Manchester #1 and Manchester #2, so really want to see if I can somehow swing Manchester #3 nearer the time. Not to be a pessimist, but think this is the last time they'll tour Europe on this scale.
This being said, I'd be more than happy for them to strip down to two-hour-and-fifteen, or even two-hour shows with a support act after this run, if it means it keeps Bruce and the band in good health to stick around on the road. But you've got to accept when it's time too.
Think all of your fresh inclusions are up my street bar the combo of Be My Mistake and I Always Wanna Die (Sometimes), but that's the old subjectivity talking. Would be delighted with Looking for Somebody (To Love) and She's American in there.
I just have this disarming sense they'll keep it tight to the ninety minutes, no encores, and wrap at eighteen or nineteen songs. Think you've lost The City from mine and that's it?
