for about 3 weeks on the trot Mike Davis goes "next week we should be announcing the lock up stage" and then says nothing.

If i remember rightly anyway last time they was going to annouce it at 2am the official website already had it up the night before

So, Mad Caddies ey? I will be very happy if they played again. I'm really hoping for No Use For A Name, but nothing has been mentioned:(

King Blues, I loved these when they first came out, their first album is very good. However, I was really dissappointed with their new album, it just seems very 'poppy' and 'lovey-dovey' and totally different from their last one. I'll still go see them if they play mind.

King Blues have said theyre not playing due to 'political issues'. And if they were to play id imagine it'd be in the NME or opening Main.

They're communist; they think that all the band should be getting paid the same, and thus feel that they should be getting paid the same amount as Radiohead.

I hope that's not true. I can't see it being true to be honest. How long have they been performing now, 3/4 years or more? How often have they had this viewpoint when playing gigs? I'd say never otherwise they'd be millionaires.

If this is true, I think they are taking the whole politcal thing too far to be honest. I really like their music but not playing a festival due to their Communist beliefs is just stupid, its their fans that are losing out. I understand and respect their beliefs, but if what you are saying is true then they are hypocrites as they have played many festivals over the past few years...

But like I said, I don't believe this to be true.

Id say its safe to say Rancid wont headline, cauase he was dropping hints but mentioned nothing when he played them

I really hope Rise Against dont headline and anti-flag dont playa again. Although its likely as them and Flobots all toured together
