Pilton
Ok , Now I know all the obvious reasons we love going to the event that is Glastonbury, The bands, the camping, the sheer absolutely amazing atmosphere, but we always experience the ‘other’ reasons, Below is a list of those ‘others’, I would love to hear about some of yours. The vast choice of food to be eaten. People watching. Having conversations with complete strangers. Seeing rows and rows of welly boots under the doors of the loo’s. Seeing adults turn in to children in the Kidz Field. The Brightly coloured bins. The Mud!! Reading the quirky signs outside shops and food stalls. The wrist bands. The wandering acts. Celeb spotting. Shopping ! Buying things, you HAVE to have but do not need. Candles on sticks. Forgetting whoever else you are, for a while !

DaveMac
I always feel that I come 'home' again and I am amongst my 'real' family at some inexplicable level. Crappy 'real' life is left behind briefly and I am now in a very unique and special place were all good things are possible. Every year it just feels absolutely THE right place to be. I always come away with my spirit healed.

scappaflow
I daresay, thats a common feeling. I think it springs from the whole' chat to anyone' feeling, that would be the opposite of sitting on the underground or on a bus. God forbid you make conversation in those places....you could be sanctioned
